Hi! I wanted to add in a post on resistance band workouts that I’ve tried and found were true❤️
If you’ve read my previous blog on these you know I have a current relationship with them and it’s going well. I highly recommend.
I realize that I only added upper body workouts on them, though. So I thought it would be a good idea to share the lower body and leg workouts as well.
So. As you know, resistance bands are all the rage in the fitness community. They’re perfect for adding that extra “umph” in your workouts that you can get with weights as well, but these are great for just throwing in your gym bag and taking with you wherever. I wanted to share with you a few exercises that I’ve found have helped in toning my lower body!
The only thing I don’t like about the blender:
I just had a cilantro, chlorella, blueberry, cantaloupe (for extra sweetness), yogurt, and Figi water smoothie. Smoothies are my favorite for either a snack or quick meal replacement. I especially love using them to get my greens in for the day👌
So, for the workout, I got my bands here.

It’s a great idea to be balanced in your exercise routine. Do separate body groups daily for optimum results.
